Blue Stars Patchwork, Pink and blue strippy reverse.(Has mark in one strip)
This quilt is said to have been purchased in 1900 in Pennsylvania (with the suggestion it might be Amish ) and brought back to Wales. However whilst the patchwork could certainly be American, the stitching is undoubtedly typically Welsh (see close up of strippy back )
